IDVC's board of directors currently consists of Eric Montandon and Cyril Means, who also serve as CEO and Secretary, respectively. Other directors and staff may be added as required, although IDVC is committed to minimizing headquarters staff expense and achieving the leanest possible management structure.
Mr. Eric Montandon has been a director since May 2011, and then Interim Chief Executive Officer of Infrastructure Developments Corp. since August 4, 2012. Montandon has been the President, Treasurer, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer (during certain periods of time) of Asia8, Inc., since May 2000. He has been the Chairman of WWA Group, Inc. since August 2003 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as the Executive Manager of World Wide Auctioneers Ltd., a subsidiary of WWA Group Inc. from 2003 to its sale in 2010. He was instrumental in Asia8's acquisition and development of World Wide Auctioneers, Ltd. and WWA Group. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Net Telecommunications, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Montandon was the Chief Executive Officer of Momentum Asia, Inc., a Philippine corporation, from 1994 to 2000, and organized its merger into ZiaSun Technologies (now an Ameritrade, Inc. subsidiary) in 1998. He served as a member of the ZiaSun stock option committee in 1998 to 2000. He worked Winius-Montandon, Inc. as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant and Appraiser in Phoenix, Arizona from 1988 to 1992. Mr. Montandon graduated from Arizona State University in 1988 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance.
Mr. Means graduated from New York Law School in 1992 with a Juris Doctorate, and is currently licensed by the New York Bar Association. He served as in house counsel to J.J. Bonamuso & Company, a New York commercial real estate company, from 1993 to 1994, and served as General Counsel, Corporate Counsel, Vice President, and Executive Vice President with the Aegis Consumer Funding Group from 1995 to 1999, overseeing corporate and consumer compliance, negotiating credit facilities in excess of $1 billion, and serving as issuers' counsel for the company's asset backed securities program. He served as Vice President and General Counsel to Dollar Financial Group, Inc., from 1999 to 2005, completing numerous domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, negotiating credit facilities, and coordinating federal and state lobbying efforts on matters affecting the company. Mr. Means has been semi-retired since 2005.
